Shipping & Return/Refund Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION 

While delivery of stock items takes approximately 10 days, delivery of some custom or back-ordered products is 8 to 10 weeks from the order placement date. Your order may arrive sooner.
Freight is free of charge in the continental US states (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands). This includes actual trucking costs, packaging/crating costs, palletizing, insurance and delivery to your driveway or front door when possible. Additional services such as inside delivery, assembly and packaging removal are not included and cannot be offered at this time. All of our product shipments are fully insured. In case of damage your order will remain valid and the product will be replaced in the shortest possible time at no additional cost for you.
Unless otherwise noted or requested, items are shipped fully assembled by UPS or Common Carrier. When your order is shipped you will be notified by e-mail.

Upon delivery by Common Carrier:
1) Open and inspect all shipments promptly. The driver is required to wait while you inspect the goods.
2) In the unlikely event that damage occurs during shipment, write "damaged" on the delivery receipt before signing. The driver will give you a copy of the delivery receipt.
3) Keep the damaged goods and packing until the claim is resolved. do not refuse them!
4) Notify Villa & Garden customer service immediately and promptly fax the copy of the delivery receipt to Villa & Garden at 810-398-6821 so a claim can be filed. Villa & Garden reserves the right to require pictures to document the damage and substantiate the claim.

Any damage noted after the delivery receipt has been signed cannot be claimed and is subject to Villa & Garden’s product warranty policy. 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 
All returns to Villa & Garden require must be accompanied by a numbered Return Authorization Form. Call Villa & Garden customer service at 303-997-9797 to obtain this form, before returning the items or credit will not be honored. Warranty returns may require pictures of damage to substantiate the warranty claim. Villa & Garden reserves the right to require the return of goods at the customer's expense. All Warranty returns will be fully exchanged as soon as possible with the same item. All returns not related to warranty returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee with no exceptions. Shipping costs are refunded only in the event of a Warranty return.
